MCKAY B. WHITNEY

McKay Whitney Attorney

Ever since McKay was young, he knew that words had power. He had a vision of what he might accomplish, and knew he was supposed to become a lawyer, and help people with that power. “McKain” también tiene el poder ayudar a la comunidad hispano en su proprio idioma.

Along with his years of successful personal injury experience, McKay also has experience being personally injured. Suffering numerous traumatic injuries and surgeries, he has a keen insight into what his clients are experiencing. McKay supports his clients through the process. He helps severely injured people receive the justice they deserve, holds responsible parties accountable, and makes the community safer.

McKay is a Logandale Nevada native, and graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. In law school, he received the highest grade in Torts (the basis of personal injury law), Advanced Torts, and Insurance Law. McKay has graduated from the prestigious Gerry Spence Method, the rigorous and renowned three-week trial lawyers training program, selecting and graduating less than 50 lawyers yearly.

McKay has worked in every law firm position since 2003. He has been a personal injury case manager and paralegal before law school, and after, has been an attorney recovering millions of dollars for his clients. He often gets more money than clients expect, and always with more care and compassion than they expect.

Outside of the office, McKay enjoys hiking or riding through the desert, playing guitar and drums, and playing with the pack of dogs who live with him. He loves traveling with his wife and four kids. He is always seeking the next fun adventure, and with the numerous accidents he’s had, he’s now learned to wear a helmet or seatbelt.
