FRANK STUCKI

Frank Stucki is a Las Vegas personal injury and trial lawyer who represents people and families in serious and complex injury cases. Licensed to practice law in Nevada, California, Utah, and Washington, Frank has built his career representing families against insurance companies, corporations, governmental entities, and other well-funded defendants.

His practice includes catastrophic injury, wrongful death, automobile and commercial trucking crashes, premises liability, product liability, institutional abuse, and other complex civil litigation.

Frank is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer who approaches cases with the understanding that the work done months (or sometimes years) before a jury is selected often determines what happens in the courtroom. His approach combines detailed investigation, aggressive litigation, careful witness and expert development, and a particular focus on trial strategy and persuasive storytelling.

Rather than treating a personal injury case as a collection of medical records, depositions, and damages calculations, Frank works to understand the larger human story behind it: what happened, why it happened, how it changed his client’s life, and why the defendant should be held accountable. From the initial investigation through written discovery, depositions, expert testimony, mediation, and trial, he develops cases with the possibility of a jury verdict in mind.

Frank has a particular interest in the psychology of persuasion and the way jurors make decisions. His trial preparation emphasizes credibility, simplicity, and evidence-driven storytelling—taking complicated facts, medicine, engineering, and law and presenting them in a way that makes sense to ordinary people.

He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law (2011) and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University (2015). His legal and business backgrounds give him an additional perspective when evaluating corporate conduct, economic damages, insurance issues, litigation strategy, and the financial forces that often influence serious injury cases.

Frank is also a published author and writes about trial advocacy, the practice of law, persuasion, and the lessons that come from representing real people in difficult circumstances. Writing is an extension of the same skill he brings to litigation: taking a complicated set of facts and finding the clear, compelling story within them.

Beyond the Courtroom

Frank was born and raised in Las Vegas and remains deeply connected to the West. Outside the office, he is most likely traveling, working on a car, building something in his woodworking shop, writing, or spending time with his children, Calvin and Georgia.

Some of his favorite time with them is considerably less complicated than litigation—exploring the beaches of the Pacific Northwest, turning over rocks and searching tide pools around Seattle and the San Juan Islands, or heading somewhere new simply to see what they can find.

Frank’s interests tend to involve making, exploring, or understanding how things work. Whether that means rebuilding something mechanical, working with wood, writing a book, traveling through a new place, or preparing a case for trial, he has always been drawn to the process of taking things apart, understanding them, and putting them back together better.

That same curiosity shapes the way he practices law.

For Frank, personal injury litigation ultimately comes down to accountability. His responsibility is to understand his client’s story, uncover the evidence necessary to prove it, anticipate how the defense will attempt to avoid responsibility, and prepare the case so that, if necessary, twelve jurors can see exactly why it matters.
