BRANDON HINSON

Brandon Hinson is a personal injury attorney at Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, where he represents individuals and families throughout Arizona who have been injured because of the negligence of others. His practice includes automobile and trucking accidents, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain and burn injuries, premises liability, dog bites and other complex personal injury matters.

Brandon brings a unique perspective to representing injured individuals through his nearly 10 years of experience representing defendants and insurance companies. Before joining Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, Brandon practiced at boutique and national defense firms in Arizona and California, representing insurance carriers, trucking and transportation companies, and their drivers in catastrophic injury, wrongful death and other complex civil litigation matters.

That defense experience gives Brandon valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense attorneys investigate claims, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare cases for litigation. Having worked on the other side of personal injury cases, he understands the strategies and considerations that can shape how an insurance company evaluates a claim. Brandon uses that experience to anticipate the defense, develop effective case strategies, and advocate for his clients from the initial evaluation of a case through settlement and, when necessary, trial.

Brandon's commitment to his clients was shaped long before he became an attorney. Before attending law school, he spent six years working in the Arizona real estate industry. During that time, he learned that successful representation begins with listening, communication, responsiveness, and understanding what matters most to the person being served. He carries those lessons into his legal practice today. Brandon believes that clients facing a serious injury deserve not only strong legal representation, but also an attorney who will listen to their concerns, communicate with them throughout the process, and make them feel that their case and their well-being truly matter.

Brandon understands that a serious injury can affect every part of a person's life. He takes the time to understand the circumstances surrounding each client's injury as well as the physical, financial, and personal consequences that follow. His goal is to provide his clients with honest guidance, personalized attention, and strong advocacy while helping them navigate what can be an overwhelming and unfamiliar legal process.

Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California and has experience handling personal injury and civil litigation in both states.

Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and tennis, and traveling. He believes that maintaining strong relationships with family, friends, and the community is an important part of life both inside and outside of the practice of law.
