ALEX H. BERGENER

Alex H. Bergener

Alex attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate studies and received his law degree from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.

Before joining the Lloyd Baker Injury Attorney team, Alex was in general practice in the Phoenix area. He had a diverse caseload which included assisting clients with personal injury claims, intentional tort defense, criminal defense, family law, and appellate work.

Alex fought for his clients from the first moment he met them up until the cases were done. He represented a number of clients in trial on diverse matters. He also argued at the Arizona Court of Appeals on a punitive damages question of law.

Since joining Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, Alex has continued to fight for the best interest of each and every client he represents. He now focuses solely on personal injury cases. Alex will do all he can to make sure each of his clients are treated with respect and compassion while he passionately advocates their interests.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys hiking, do-it-yourself projects, and attending to his wife and daughter.
